Updated Check-in Procedure Required Paperwork for Team Check-in
On tournament day, all coaches will be required to present a print out of your team's National team registration from the FIRST Dashboard showing their full team roster, including students, mentors and coaches. Note: We will be keeping the print out. Phone/screenshots will be not be accepted.
The Pit Area will only be accessible to team members, mentors and coaches only.
All teams will be issued wristbands, at check-in, to access the pit area.
We will only issue the number of wristbands that corresponds with the number of team members, coaches and mentors listed on the FIRST Dashboard printout. No exceptions.
Team Members will be not permitted to enter the Pit Area until the coach has arrived.
Coaches, please plan to arrive a few minutes BEFORE your team, to check-in and retrieve all wristbands for your team. We suggest planning ahead to identify a meet-up location OUTSIDE of the venue, so you can enter as a team with wristband ON.
Coaches, if you cannot meet your team outside the facility at one time, please identify one person (other than yourself) for each team to distribute the wristbands OUTSIDE of the pit area and AWAY from the team-check-in area. No one will be allowed to enter the pit area without a wristband ON their wrist (not in your hand).
Parents, Spectators and Siblings are not allowed in the pit area this season. All will be directed the competition area upon arrival. NO exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Tournament Director Communication All coaches are invited to opt in text message communication with the NC FLL Tournament Director! Coaches, please check your email for the opt-in instructions. The text line is for coaches and volunteers only.

Team Volunteers Team Volunteers will be contacted via email this week. If you do not have a team volunteer submission in, you will be asked to identify a volunteer at check-in tomorrow morning. All teams are required to provide 1 volunteer.
AM Volunteers check-in at 6:30am
PM Volunteers check-in at 12:00 pm
Registration Payments Registration payments will be reviewed this week. If you have not paid, please come prepared with a check or money order for payment tomorrow at check-in.

State Advancement and Awards State Championship date and the number of teams advancing will be announced during the Coaches meeting. Award winners and state qualifiers will be announced at the end of the tournament day.
Participation Materials All teams, regardless of trophy status, will also receive their Challenge Buttons , participation certificates and judge feedback at the conclusion of the event.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Please make plans to stay until the end of the tournament, and pick up your team packets. NC FLL Challenge will not be mailing unclaimed team packets this season.
