Registration Fee - $100 per team
Note:
- Registration is only available to teams who qualify at a NC regional qualifying tournament between November 9 - December 7, 2019.
- ALL teams intending to compete at the State Championship must complete the online registration form in the time frame noted above.
- The $100 registration fee will be due by Friday, January 10, 2020.

Team Information Sheet - Please complete the team information sheet and bring 3 copies (1 for each judging area - project, core values, robot design) with you on tournament day. Including a team picture is a great way to help judges remember your team during the deliberation process.

Judging Preparation - We suggest the teams prepare for the following Judging Sessions. Please keep in mind that only teams will be permitted in the judging rooms. Coaches, parents, and mentors must wait outside of the Judging Rooms.
- Project - Please reference the Project Description in this season's Challenge Guide. Poster presentations are OPTIONAL.
- Robot Design - bring your robot, be prepared to run your missions for the Judges, and any documentation your team feels will help describe how they design their robot and why.
- Core Values - We will provide the materials for you, and your team has to do is show up! The core values poster is optional.
- Judging Rubrics - These are the rubric by which teams will be judged on tournament day. Please review and prepare your teams accordingly. These forms are provided for informational purposes only.
Robot Game Score Sheet - The score sheet will be used on tournament day to score each robot run during afternoon robot performance runs. This score sheet uses the Danny Diaz scoring software system.
Robot Game - Please reference the FIRST Robot Game Rules to prepare for the robot portions of the tournament.
Fun Zone Liability Waiver (Download Here) - Inflatable Amusements & Games will be available for use by participants on tournament day. In order to enter the fun zone, all teams members must have a signed liability waiver (signed by their parent or legal guardian).
Pre-Order Lunches - (Download Here) - deadline to submit pre-order lunch orders is January 15, 2020
Concessions and Pre-Order Lunches will be available at the NC FLL State Championship. More information To Be Announced.

*Please note: The official tournament schedule will be emailed to all teams on the Thursday prior to tournament day. It will include team pit assignments, Judging and Robot Run time slot assignments.

Coaches/Parents Policy - Coaches and Parents will NOT be allowed to enter the Judging Rooms or approach the Competition Tables on tournament day.

Lunch Recommendation - Pre-order Lunch from the venue, bring your own BAG lunches, or visit the Concession Stand. Teams may bring homemade and/or store purchased snacks.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Outside catering or fast food of any form (pizza, subway, fast food, etc.) is NOT PERMITTED in the Corbett Sports Center. This rule will be enforced.
