Good Afternoon NC FTC Qualifier teams!

Dean's List Nominations & InterviewsThis season, the timeline related to Dean's List Nominations and Interviews will not be tied to the tournament schedule.  Please note the following information below regarding Dean's List submissions for the 2022-2023 season.
Nomination Submission Deadline: January 15, 2023
*Regardless of your tournament date.
All nominations should be submitted via the FIRST Dashboard.   For additional information on submission criteria, please visit the link below:

Please note: January 15, 2023 is hard cut off, no late entries will be accepted.

​Dean's List Interviews will take place virtually on February 7, 2023 from 2:00pm -7:00pm.  Candidates will be contacted via email after submission, and VIRTUAL interviews will be scheduled.

QUALIFIER REGISTRATION PREP/TIPS
Nationally registered NC FTC teams are permitted to sign up for ONE (1) tournament per round.  There will be 3 rounds of registration.    Host site teams are required to formally register as well.

Round 1 - Opens November 16th at 4:00pm
Round 2 - Opens November 29th at 4:00pm
Round 3 - Opens December 13th at 4:00pm

When registering, please have the following information available:

• Team Name
• Team Number
• Number of Students (maximum 15 per team)
• Number of Coaches and Mentors
• Student Demographics (Gender & Ethnicity)
• Team City
• Team History (rookie vs. veteran)
• School or Organization Name
• Address
• Head Coach Contact Information
• Assistant Coach Contact Information
• Team Administrator Information (optional)
  
  

Tips:

• Registration in some locations fills very quickly.  All tournament slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• The tournament registration fee is $100 per team, per tournament.  
• Upon completion of the registration form, the email noted under 'Head Coach' will receive an invoice and copy of registration.  
• Invoices can be paid via check or credit card (link will be in the email).  

NOTE TO TEAM ADMINS: 

• If you have more than one team, and would like an invoice to cover all of your teams, please email info@nc-ftc.com with a list of all team numbers, and an invoice will be sent to you directly.  Note, all teams included in the email must be REGISTERED for and tournament.

Subject: NC FTC Round 1 Registration and Scrimmage Registration Update - PLEASE READ!
 
Good Morning NC FTC Teams!

I know many of you have been reaching out, and we are working on responding to each of you as quickly as possible.

Please note the following updates:

• The opening of Round 1 of NC FTC Qualifier Registration will now begin WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH AT 4:00PM.
  
  
• Registration for the December 11th Official Scrimmage will open on Monday, November 21st at 4:00pm, and will only be open to teams that have already registered for a Round 1 qualifier.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause.  We've had a busy opening of NC FLL Challenge last week and need an extra day to get things in order for NC FTC.  In addition, opening tomorrow will allow proper notice for all teams to be ready, and  to ensure everyone has a fair chance at participating in their desired location.

More information regarding what to have in place in order to register quickly, will be released later this afternoon.  This will include the registration link.
