ALL JUDGE INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE IN HOPIN THE WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY OF TOURNAMENT WEEK.

VIRTUAL PIT SPACE
All Team Pit areas will be starting 7:00pm on the Tuesday of tournament week. Please log in to Hopin to test your audio and video inside your designated space prior to your interview. If it works in the pit space, it will work in the interview space.
PRE-INTERVIEW TEAM INFORMATION
The following information is required or optional (if noted) for all teams. PLEASE SUBMIT VIA THE FTC SCORING SOFTWARE BY 3:00pm THE TUESDAY prior to your scheduled interview.

- Judge Feedback Request Form (optional)
- Control Award (optional)

After we've added the team lists to the FIRST Dashboard, you will see a button for "Judging" on your homepage for each of the events you are competing in. This will be where you go to upload the documentation.
INTERVIEW STRUCTURE
Please log in to Hopin at least 15 minutes prior to your interview time. Please do not enter the interview space until your time is announced. The announcement will be a pop-up at the top of your screen. It will not disappear until you close it, so you do not have to worry about missing the announcement.
Each interview will last 15 minutes.
PROMOTE AND COMPASS AWARD SUBMISSIONS (Optional)
If your team plans to submit a Promote and/or Compass Video, please do so by Friday of tournament week by 6:00pm, using the following link:

All submissions will be sent directly to the judges when completed.
