Please do not bring any team members, spectators or coaches that have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days and/or are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms. This is for the health and safety of everyone attending, participating and volunteering.
COVID-19 VERIFICATION CHECK STATIONS ALL In-Person Attendees (Participants, volunteers, staff, coaches and spectators) MUST wear a mask while indoors (Surgical grade or KN-95-grade masking is necessary to be strongly effective against the COVID-19 Omicron variant).
In addition, ALL in-person attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test to enter.
One of the following verifications will be required of EVERY person that enters the gym:
Option 1: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination -- either both of the Moderna or Pfizer shots or the single Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The proof may be the paper vaccination card provided when the attendee got their shot, a digital image of the card or digital proof of vaccination from the state Department of Health, and must be accompanied by a photo ID that associates the attendee with the vaccination proof.
OR
Option 2: Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Antigen test result within the past 72 hours (Feb 17 7am 2022 - Feb 20 7am 2022) to enter the gymnasium on tournament day. We will accept test results from a reputable testing site (Doctors Office, School Nurse, Pharmacy, Official Testing Site, Health Department, etc.) that can provide printed documentation with your name, home address and proof of negative rest result.
We will have 2 Verification Check Stations that will be open one hour before team check-in. Attendees will be required to go to one of those stations prior to seeking entry to the arena.
PHOTO ID: A drivers license, school ID, passport, or government issued ID card will be accepted.
This rule applies to ALL attendees regardless of age. Failure to comply will result in the attendee being refused entry to the arena. Important: If neither of these are available, we will accept a printed color document on SCHOOL LETTERHEAD with the PRINCIPAL'S and PARENT's (or legal guardian's) signature as form of ID. This will only be accepted for team members. This option is NOT available to spectators and siblings.The document must contain:

Each in-person event will include additional safety measures such as:
Digital team check-in will be implemented. A link will be emailed to all in-person teams on Friday, February 18, 2022.
Coaches & Team Members only in the Pit Area
Increased distance between team tables in the Pit Area.
Social Distancing between teams on the competition floor, and the pit area.
Teams will not be allowed to congregate in the hallways of the facility.
All participants (team members, coaches, volunteers, and tournament staff) AND spectators will be required to wear a mask inside the facility AT ALL TIMES, unless eating.
Hand Sanitizer throughout the facility, with required use prior to approaching the competition tables.
